Contributions to the Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. Political Action Committee (Pediatrix PAC) are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. You may contribute to the Pediatrix PAC only if you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent U.S. resident. You may only contribute personal funds and may not seek or expect reimbursement from any source. Federal law requires the Pediatrix PAC to obtain, maintain and report the name, address, occupation and employer for all contributors who give over $200 in a calendar year. The amounts listed in the PAC solicitation materials are merely suggestions. You may contribute more or less than the guidelines suggest, and you will not be favored or disadvantaged by Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. (or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated medical practices instead of affiliated practice groups.) by reason of your contribution amount or your decision not to contribute. You may give any amount up to a maximum of $5,000 per year. If you choose to contribute via recurring payroll deductions, your contribution for a calendar year will be capped at $5,000. Funds contributed to the Pediatrix PAC will be used for political purposes. All contributions are strictly voluntary, and you have the right to refuse to contribute to the Pediatrix PAC without fear of retaliation.
